Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Methods Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available.


Delivery Times Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are in addition to our 2–3 business day processing window. Bird Antics is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.


Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.


Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Bird Antics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through birdantics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
